Anyway, Raffie is right reviving this topic.
I found an old post of him too:
I haven't seen many of you for some time now (my fault, i know  Tongue), but atleast I know all of you. At this very moment, i find myself thinking: Who was Tony again? Oh yeah Tony... mr. scarface. That's about everything I know from him. Back then I were a great supporter of recruiting him. Thought he was a big talent, a cool guy, who I would like to spend some time with. No need to discuss his talent. He did have that for sure. But I guess I were wrong when I saw him as a -hard to express- "friend".
I know i was against back then, but with 17 november getting closer and closer i'm starting to wonder if we should set an inactiveness => kick expiration time. Like, for example, 1 year? Or, eum, 99% of the time that he's an Outlaw, with a minimum absense of 1 year?
I'm not sure what to think about this because i know there is no need to kick him, but yet it's a weird situation.

What are your ideas about this guys?
